Does Mezzi Support Screen Readers and Accessibility Features?
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Overview
Mezzi runs on your device's built-in accessibility tools — screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack, system text size, and display settings — so those will engage with the app. We haven't published a formal accessibility standard or a conformance claim, and we'd rather tell you that than imply a level of support we haven't verified. If you rely on assistive technology, email help@mezzi.com and tell us what you need; it's the most direct way to get it onto the list.
📌 What You Need to Know
What we can say honestly. Mezzi is a standard mobile and web app. Your operating system's accessibility features — screen reader, text scaling, display and contrast settings, reduced motion — operate on it the way they operate on other apps.
What we're not claiming. We haven't published a WCAG conformance level, an accessibility conformance report, or a list of specifically supported assistive technologies. Nothing here should be read as one. Where a claim like that would be useful to you, ask us for the current position rather than inferring it.
Where difficulty is most likely. Mezzi is dense with numbers, charts and allocation breakdowns. Content of that kind is the hardest to make work well with a screen reader, and it's where we'd most want to hear from you if something is unusable.
Tell us what you need. Specifics help far more than a general request — which assistive technology, which screen, and what happened. That turns into work we can actually do.
Important Notes
Privacy mode is a shake gesture. Toggling it requires physically shaking the phone, and no alternative control has been confirmed. If that gesture doesn't work for you, tell us — see How to Use Privacy Mode to Hide Your Balances.
Web and mobile may differ. Mezzi's web app and mobile apps are built differently and won't behave identically with assistive technology. If one works better for you than the other, that's useful for us to know.

Common Questions
Does Mezzi work with VoiceOver or TalkBack? Your device's screen reader will engage with the app, but we haven't verified how well it handles every screen — the charts and allocation views in particular. If you try it, tell us what you find.
Is Mezzi WCAG compliant? We haven't published a conformance claim, so we're not going to make one here. Email help@mezzi.com if you need a current statement for a procurement or accommodation process.
Can I change the text size in Mezzi? Mezzi follows your device's system text size rather than offering its own setting.
Who do I tell about an accessibility problem? Email help@mezzi.com. Name the assistive technology, the device, and the screen. Those reports are read.
