I Got an Email About a New Sign-In to Mezzi. What Should I Do?

Overview

Mezzi emails you when your account is signed in to from a new device. If it was you, there's nothing to do. If it wasn't, select This wasn't me in the email to sign that session out, then change your password and turn on two-factor authentication.

📌 What You Need to Know

If the sign-in was you

No action is needed. You'll typically see this email after signing in on a new phone, computer or browser.

If the sign-in wasn't you

  1. Select This wasn't me in the email. Mezzi signs out the unrecognized session.

  2. Change your password. If you can't sign in, reset it instead.

  3. Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app or text message.

  4. Email us so we can review the activity on your account.

Important Notes

  • Mezzi also emails you when your password is changed. If you didn't change it, reset your password and contact us right away.

  • Don't share your password or verification codes with anyone.
