How to View Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Historical Profit & Loss in Mezzi

Overview

You can view your portfolio's profit and loss over different time periods using the interactive balance chart on the Net Worth tab. Today's change is shown in the Today row under your balance, and you can switch between preset time ranges: 1W (1 week), 1M (1 month, the default), YTD (year to date), 1Y (1 year), and Max (all time). To see your value and performance on a specific date, move across the chart.

🧭 How to View Profit & Loss Over Time (iOS)

  1. Tap Net Worth in the bottom bar.

  2. Find the balance chart at the top of the page.

  3. Press and hold on the chart, then drag across it. Your balance and change update to the date under your finger. Let go to return to the current balance.

  4. Tap 1W, 1M, YTD, 1Y, or Max to change the time range.

🧭 How to View Profit & Loss Over Time (web)

  1. Click Net Worth in the left menu.

  2. Find the balance chart at the top of the page.

  3. Hover over the chart (or click and drag across it). Your balance and change update to the date under your cursor. Move off the chart to return to the current balance.

  4. Click 1W, 1M, YTD, 1Y, or Max to change the time range.

Selecting a time range updates the chart and the change shown under your balance for that period, for example Past week, Year to date, or All time for Max.

Comparing with the Market

Above the chart, next to your balance (on web, under the time ranges at the top right), tap or click S&P 500 or NASDAQ to compare your portfolio's return with that index over the same period. Tap or click it again to remove the comparison.

💡 Why This Matters

The interactive chart makes it easy to understand how your portfolio has changed over time.

You can use it to:

  • Review daily performance

  • Analyze weekly and monthly gains or losses

  • Track your year-to-date returns

  • View your one-year performance

  • Review your portfolio's performance over the longest available period

  • Compare portfolio values across different dates

Important Notes

  • There's no separate one-day range. Today's change is the Today row under your balance; it's hidden while you're moving across the chart or comparing with an index.

  • The chart opens on 1M by default.

  • The preset ranges (1W, 1M, YTD, 1Y, and Max) provide a quick way to switch between common performance timeframes.
