How to Invite a Collaborator in Mezzi

Overview

You can invite a collaborator in Mezzi to share your financial profile and work together in one place. Once invited, your collaborator will be able to view your profile, use AI features, and ask questions based on your shared financial data. You'll find the invite under Settings › ACCOUNT › Add a collaborator.

🧭 How to Invite a Collaborator (iOS)

  1. Tap the gear at the top right of Home to open Settings.

  2. Under ACCOUNT, tap Add a collaborator.

  3. Tap Build wealth together at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Your phone's share sheet opens with the invite link. Send it to your collaborator by text, email or any app you like.

🧭 How to Invite a Collaborator (web)

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.

  2. Under ACCOUNT, click Add a collaborator.

  3. Click Build wealth together at the bottom of the page.

  4. The invite link is copied for you and you'll see Copied. Your browser's share window may also open. Paste or share the link to send it to your collaborator.

Your collaborator will be prompted to create an account and join your profile. Once your collaborator has joined, the row in Settings reads Collaborator instead of Add a collaborator.

💡 Why This Matters

Inviting a collaborator allows you to manage finances together and ensures both users have access to the same financial picture.

Your collaborator will be able to:

  • View your profile

  • Access all features you have

  • Personalize their AI experience

  • Ask questions and receive insights

Important Notes

  • Your collaborator will be able to see your profile and interact with your data.

  • If a collaborator creates their own account, they are the only one who can delete that account.

  • Similarly, you can only delete your own account, not your collaborator's.
