How to Delete AI Chat History in Mezzi

Overview

You can delete past Advisor conversations one at a time. On iOS, swipe left on a chat in Previous chats and tap Yes. On the web, open Previous chats, hover over the chat, click the trash icon (Delete chat), and click Yes. Deleted chats can't be recovered, and deleting a chat doesn't change your AI personalization.

🧭 How to Delete a Chat (iOS)

  1. Tap Advisor in the bottom bar, then tap the history icon at the top left to open Previous chats.

  2. Swipe left on the chat you want to remove.

  3. When Delete this chat? appears, tap Yes to confirm.

🧭 How to Delete a Chat (web)

  1. On Home, click the history icon next to + in the chat box, then click View all to open Previous chats. You can search to find the chat you want to remove.

  2. Hover over the chat and click the trash icon (Delete chat).

  3. When Delete this chat? appears, click Yes to confirm.

This deletes the entire conversation thread. Repeat for each conversation you'd like to delete.

💡 Why This Matters

Clearing out outdated or inaccurate conversations keeps your chat history clean and relevant. If the AI gave inconsistent answers before you refined your personalization, removing those chats means your history reflects only the conversations that are useful going forward.

It also helps when your history has grown long and hard to navigate, or when more than one person uses the same Mezzi account.

Important Notes

  • Chats are deleted one at a time. There's no option to delete all conversations at once.

  • Deleted chats are permanently removed and can't be recovered.

  • Deleting a chat doesn't affect your AI personalization rules or settings.

Can I delete all my Advisor chat history at once?
Not currently. Chats must be deleted one at a time.

Will deleting my chat history affect my AI personalization settings?
No. Deleting conversations only removes the chat history. Your personalization rules stay in place and keep guiding future answers.

Can I recover a chat after I've deleted it?
No. Once you confirm, the chat is permanently removed.
