Which Institutions Can't Connect to Mezzi Right Now?

Overview
A few institutions can't be connected to Mezzi at the moment because our data providers don't support their login or have stopped supporting them: Voya, TreasuryDirect, and Merrill accounts that sign in with a Microsoft account. You can still track these in Mezzi by adding them manually or by uploading a statement.

This list reflects what we know as of October 2026 and changes as providers add or drop support. For institutions that don't appear in search at all, see what to do when your institution isn't listed.
How to Track These Accounts Manually
Go to Profile → Accounts and tap Connect a new account.
Choose Enter it yourself to type in positions and balances, or Document scan to upload a PDF or CSV statement.
Full steps are in how to manually add an account. Holdings you enter with a ticker keep updating with market prices. Balances and share counts don't sync, so update them after contributions or trades.
Important Notes
If an institution on this list starts connecting again, delete the manual version before connecting so it isn't counted twice.
Repeated failed sign-in attempts can lock your account at the institution. If a connection fails, sign in on the institution's own website to confirm your login works, and unlock the account there if needed, before trying again.
