Can I Use Mezzi Without Connecting My Accounts?
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Overview
Yes. You don't have to link a bank or brokerage to use Mezzi. You can type in your accounts and holdings yourself, or upload a statement, and Mezzi includes them in your net worth and in Advisor's analysis just like connected accounts. The difference is that manually added accounts don't update on their own.
📌 What You Need to Know
Add accounts manually or from a statement. Go to Financial Profile → Accounts → Connect new account → Brokerage or bank, then choose to add it manually or upload a statement. See how to manually add an account.
Prices still update. Holdings you enter with a ticker keep updating with market prices. Share counts and cash balances don't, so update them after trades or deposits.
Not invested yet? Add a cash account with what you have saved, so Advisor has a starting point. See how to add cash.
Stocks you're only watching. Mezzi doesn't have a watchlist yet. List the tickers in AI Personalization (for example "Watchlist: NVDA, AAPL, VOO") and ask Advisor about them. See how to tell Mezzi about details your accounts don't show.
Homes, cars and other assets are always added manually. See how to add other assets.
Important Notes
The free plan includes limited AI insights. Unlimited advice and Delegations that monitor and research for you come with the Advisory and Concierge plans. See Mezzi membership plans.
If you connect an account later, delete its manual version first so it isn't counted twice.
